You're jumping into the deep end with a rig that size, are you sure you are going to like RVing?
If it turns out you don't like it, can't get used to towing or any other number of issues that you haven't forseen, you'll end up with a unit that you won't be able to sell for half of what you paid for it.
15 years ago we were in much the same situation; looking at our first RV, and thinking of buying new. I'm glad we didn't; we're on our fourth one now and we finally know it's the right one.
They're all a series of compromises and it can take time to figure out which ones you're willing to live with.
