We bought a Salem Hemisphere 346QBUD last year. I tow with a 250 diesel and wanted to keep GVWR below 12,000 lbs. It's a 3-slide 40 ft 5th wheel, bath and a half, bunk house, outdoor kitchen, dual A/C, larger fridge, large water heater, remote control for slides, jacks, etc., slide awnings, and countless upgrades. Has served us well and we run right around 11,700 fully loaded with clothes, food, and about 1/3 tank of water.

We bought this because it's light for its length, was a smart floorplan, and all the slides are on the curb side...so the 21' awning is usable for its entire length.

Queen bed, but I have replaced it with a comfy full memory foam bed.

It's been parked in covered storage since it was new. Actually thinking of selling it because kids' sports have made finding time for camping progressively difficult over time. Private message me if you want the particulars. Has all the options that were available when we ordered it.

We looked at all of the bunks before we bought ours, went with the 344qb because we wanted to sleep 6 in the bunk room and everyone needed their own bed, did not go with the OS kitchen for this very reason. Ours has The angle master but new ones do not

I thought the 36QB could be optioned with a king bed. I wouldn't like it due to the size of the bedroom and getting out on the "rear" side of the bed (adjacent to the bathroom) - it's snug with a queen; I can't imagine how tight it would be with a king.

Love my Sabre. It may not be a luxury brand, but it is quite well appointed.

Same here. We bought a Rear Living for those same reasons, our kids like the living room better than a small bed. My kids 13 and 7 don't care where they sleep, couch, pullout bed, or in the floor with a sleeping bag. Most of the time they sleep in the truck on the trip to the campground, I have saw them sleep in some crazy positions.

You can order the Mountaineer with the four door refrigerator. Look on RV trader to see dealers who have it. Most will have pictures. Or you can do a Google images search for it and you'll see the four door fridge.

And in rereading your original post I realize you're looking at the OTHER Mountaineer bunkhouse! This one has the outdoor kitchen too!

We have two boys 9 and 13 and a 20 year old girl in college. Spring and fall it's us and the two boys and occasionally we invite another couple to go with us. The bunk room has always worked out great. In the summer my daughter always comes with us and she uses the bunk room, the boys always use the couch.

I want as much room as possible in the living area with decent size refrig, the mountaineer stuck with the small one??? I'm gonna keep looking but I think I've looked at them all online. I might go walk thru the reflexion tomorrow, really like that one but would have to add a second ac before I take possession of it and have to see how the queen bed looks. The 6 point level is hard to pass up on the Keystone and that second bathroom is nice, not on the reflexion.

I keep hearing the quality of the Reflexion is pretty darn good... But the Montana Mountaineer has always seemed to be a good unit from what I've heard.
