Did you buy it from Camping World in Colfax? I thought they had some good RV techs there...I was told.
I'm not familer with your switch locations, but if it is accessable through the front basement door, check the quality of the connections at the switch. Try to wiggle the connector & harness while someone pushes the button(s). Did anything happen when you disconnected the shore power and disconnected the 12V battery for a few minutes?
