High DC use
I have a 2010 Cougar 276RLS with two 12 volt batteries that will discharge in two or three days if I am running the frig on gas. This is just setting with no other use such as lights, pump, slide etc...

I have basically the same trailer, as far as equipment is concerned. My 2 6V batteries do a lot better than that. Never had the OEM 12V in it, so can't say on that.
Make sure you haven't left a light on in one of the cargo areas. Also, that Jensen entertainment system draws a decent amount of juice. If you have an inverter, make sure it is disconnected, even though it isn't being used.
No fans in my fridge.
Wiring in a simple voltage meter is handy for evaluating the current draw of various components.
