So hijacker failed to get a certification. From what I read it's all about passing an inspection that wasn't done. Kind of like our DOT labels and warnings on our equipment.
I didn't read where the hijacker hitch actually failed.
IMHO...this could turn into a PR nightmare for hijacker... Or it will blow over.
