Hitches
A thought occurred to me today
From time to time people worry about having their trailer stolen. I can say this a far less and issue then travel-trailers, due to the fact that fewer thieves have 5er hitches.
But even fewer have "specialty" 5er hitches.
What is a specialty hitch, well, it's one where a special hitch is required.
Like the Andersen Ultimate hitch that requires a ball set well above the bed. No one with a conventional hitch is going to be able to connect to the trailer without taking the Andersen adapter off it.
Like the Pullrite SuperGlide, with the capture plate attached to the kingpin. With that capture plate, if you hitch to a regular hitch bad things are going to happen the first time you try to turn a corner.
Taking a capture plate off can be, time consuming.
Like the Pullrite ISR Superlite, which mounts an upside down ball on the trailer (kinda like an inverted Andersen).
