This is what I want! Just need to get to that part of the country to get it. Old Biscut put me on this a while back and I've been saving pop bottles since.

Biggest difference are that the Onans are not inverter-style generators and run at idle or wide open with the slightest load; no in-between.

The gen has 4 hours on it nearly new !!

you might get it to start the ac if you have a soft start installed.

I think getting the AC started will be the problem. The surge in current might trip the breaker on the generator. Its also why I think the two 2000i make a good choice if money is not a problem. If AC isn't needed, then one generator is fine, both gives you 4000 watts and that will run the AC.

Looks like they changed to an Onan Genset. Did you get pricing on them?

A Yamaha EF3000ISEB runs a 15k on mine, every time.
