Hot water heater question
Has anyone figured out what is cheaper, leaving your hot water heater on electric on all the time or turning it on and off as needed. The world wonders.

I tried calculating whether gas or electric was more expensive. In money terms, it worked out about the same.
But - I don't have to carry the watts. I do have to carry the propane bottles. I am old and tired. 'Lectric wins.
