How accurate are the Manf.'s exterior height measurments?

I am starting to research bumper pull toy hauler options. One issue is that I have a 12' high garage and many of the units I am interested in are pretty close to that. Just curious if the manf's are ...

Howdy!

They listed ours at 13'3" and I had them measure it when we took delivery. They stated it was 13'9". I was very up set with that measurement as it is above the national truck average. When I measured it myself I found it to be 13'6". So don't trust anyone but your own measurements.
