You are going from a travel trailer to a fifthwheel. Different ballgame all together when pulling. You can put that longer fifthwheel into places much easier than your travel trailer. You can turn it on a dime, especially with the shorter truck. Where does the fifthwheel fit in relationship to your max towing weights is where I would be thinking.
