I want to switch from 235/80/16 to 235/85/16 tires how do I make sure I have the room for it and if I don't are the maxis moo8 tires the best ones to stay with.

Aspect ratio and diameters are supposed to be determined by that size figure cast in on the sidewall rubber. In the real world, you need to look at the tire manufacturer's website for the specs for the tire you are interested in using. Also, the Tire Rack website, which I use as my 'font of tire information' and occasional purchase point will have most of the popular brand tires and a few trailer tires listed.
