How do I know what used TH is worth? (To est. a good price)

Well, someone may steal it out from me... Which may be fine.

It is a 2012 raptor MP300 with the party deck, no fireplace. Air mattress sofa. Payoff is 50k. I didn't see a comparable one on EBay, it has been used twice.

We are back to thinking maybe we want a brand new something so we can keep track of everything,

Still, DH may go try and see it this weekend.
