How do I know what used TH is worth? (To est. a good price)

I found a 2 time used 5th wheel RV for sale in a floor plan we were considering. Sounds like the guy needs the monthly note gone. He told me what is payoff is and that is the price he wants.

Is there a resource where I can get an idea of what a used one is worth? Thanks.
