My Dually has an 8' bed. I can see my hitch easily. The handle on my B&W is another story alltogether. I have those big "Hips" to get over and the new 4x4s are taller now. Have to stand on the outside dual to reach the handle. Have to get in to lock it & attach the breakaway lanyard.
