How do you hook up your 5th by yourself?

I always hitch up our 5er by myself. Two reasons: #1. I don't want any finger pointing when something goes wrong. #2. Worrying about where the other person is and their safty adds more stress and concern than their supposed help reduces effort, concern or anything else. In other words, it's easier to do it yourself and if something goes wrong, you know who screwed up.
