How do you hook up your 5th by yourself?

If anyone has any ideas to make that easier, I'd love to hear them - I don't carry a 15" screwdriver, which is about what I'd need to pry it off while standing on ground, and I'd still need to get in to put it back in. I have plenty of experience towing - when married we had dually with 10½' cabover and towed a boat, so backing/connecting isn't the problem at all (lots of practice in my angled driveway).
