As a divorced woman (mid-60's), I don't always have help loading my 24' 5th wheel onto my Chev 2500HD extended cab, short bed, (and I seldom want any), but I love seeing these tips (like a string/mirror) to make it even easier. I always have to climb in the bed whether loading/unloading, and carry a 2 step stepstool to make it easier to get in/out (1 step isn't high enough). The reason I have to get in is because it is impossible for me to get the loop on/off the brass latch pin - I frequently need a flat blade screwdriver to pry the loop off - and then to take pin out. If anyone has any ideas to make that easier, I'd love to hear them - I don't carry a 15" screwdriver, which is about what I'd need to pry it off while standing on ground, and I'd still need to get in to put it back in. I have plenty of experience towing - when married we had dually with 10½' cabover and towed a boat, so backing/connecting isn't the problem at all (lots of practice in my angled driveway).
