How do you track your mileage on your 5th wheel/trailer?

I've only had two trips on my trailer and I was just starting to think that I should be tracking the mileage on the trailer itself so I know when the tires may be wearing out, etc. That leads to a ...

For ME......

I like to have a running total of miles on 5th wheel.
And how many miles between bearing/brake inspections.
Miles on current set of tires so I can track wear.

Same kind of log I have for truck........ie: maintenance
