Empty weight of trailer in signature (according to Keystone's brochure, so no propane, battery, etc) was 6,454. On 22 May 2015, trailer weight (at wheels plus calculated pin weight) was 7,740. This is 235 lbs under the trailer's GVWR. Cargo is 1,286 lbs. We were packed for a 4-day weekend.
My DW and I feel we travel pretty light. Fresh water tank no more than 1/2 full. No yard art to decorate, no extra lights to hang off trees. Two zero-gravity chairs and small folding table. No tent/awning to put over the park's picnic table, etc. A Weber Q grill. Basic box of tools. Bocce balls, few other games. I added a device that holds the spare under the trailer and have a custom fabricated receiver hitch welded to the frame in back.
