Ours is the same way. Only access to fridge and bathroom. It has not been a problem. When we travel we keep around 350 to 400 miles a day and always stay somewhere that we can open all slides and relax.
Of course we have that luxury being retired.
Even if we had to open bedroom at a stop it only goes out about 18 inches or so.
