How important is it to access the bed with slides closed?

I am looking at a unit with access to fridge and bath when slides are closed, but no access to BR. I was wondering how important/unimportant this might be? Thanks for your help in advance!

Non-issue for us with the Wildcat. We could still open the BR door and throw our clothing on the bed. Well, I did, but DW stopped me and said it was to be "placed neatly" on the bed. Can't do that with the Montana without opening slides. Will place clean clothes neatly in a laundry basket for transfer after setting up.
