If you are buying top end custom build I guess some of that time will depend on demand & where you sit in the line for yours to be built.
Having a very top end would be nice but we are happy with our upper end production model. Years of research was done first before settling on one of a very few models then waiting it out till a lightly used almost new one showed up online owned by a very motivated seller wanting to offload trailer & equally almost new truck. BOOM, we were there.
Eleven years later, no regrets, no itch for something else.
