How many of you use other brand Service Shops ?

I'd use an independent shop or mobile repair service before a dealer's service department. The independent shop and mobile repair service live and die by the quality of their service; to many dealers, servicing what they sell is apparently an inconvenience, and it shows in the quality (or lack thereof) of their work.
