We have a Tiffin Phaeton and I prefer to go back to Red Bay, Alabama, for work because they have all the parts there and they know the coach inside and out.
However, we spend a lot of time in northern Indiana during the summer visiting family and my home town. When we have problems here that need to be addressed, (this year it was a jack) we go to Charger Enterprises on CR 6 in Elkhart. The owner graduated from high school with me. He is an honest straight-shooter and if he can't fix it he will direct you to someone in the area who can. He does just coach stuff, no engine or chassis work. WE have sent a lot of people to him and to my knowledge, all have been satisfied.
