How many times can you torque bolts on a hitch?

I have a new Curt A 16 hitch that I have had to try and then adjust the height a few times to level out the trailer. Anyone know how many times you can torque the bolts that go into the hitch? They ar...

Just a thought, use some anti-seize on those bolts if you think you'll be pulling them off occasionally. Just lower the torque settings by about 15%.
