I sold my GY G's including spare with the wheels off our 07 Mobile Suites when I did the same upgrade and sold them on CL for $1,000 no problem
The tires had a 07 date and sold them in 12. They had well over 1/2 the tread left. I would ask $1,300 since yours are so new. My wheels were starting to flake.
