Not sure how your cutoff is for the motor but mine is not like the slide or the TT tongue jack. I'm guessing your 5'er jacks are like most and when you hit the bottom or the top and hold it too long it will blow the inline fuse. Essentially you wouldn't be able to lift much more than the 5'er and you'd blow the fuse. Or worse the motor.
