How much toy weight can a typical smaller toy hauler handle?

I'm talking about a 5th wheel. & wonder what is realistic for what most toy hauler can handle weight wise? I doubt it can handle my Suzuki Samurai? Or maybe a Fiberglass VW Buggy? I'm thinki...

My toy hauler garage has a sticker on the wall to not exceed 3000lbs, even though my empty weight plus 3000lbs exceeds my GVWR of 19000lbs. I have been told that its ok to exceed the 19000lbs just as long as I don't exceed the 21000lb axle rating. Tires are even rated above that at 24000lbs so I really don't pay much attention if I go over the GVWR rating.
