How Often to Pack Wheel Bearings

Interesting topic, bought my 2004 Wilderness lite fifth wheel in 2010, used it first in 2011, then maybe once a year since, it has easy lube bearings, the dealer supposedly checked everything when I bought it, one year had to stop and get tires for my dads trailer and the Kal tire said to be on the safe side pump some grease into it, of course I did not know then you should lift and rotate wheels as the grease goes in, but anyway max I did was maybe 12 pumps, other than that have not done anything to them, my trips might be a total of 3000 miles or so, so would not think I am even close to needing to check yet.
