You said you've got new axles. Unless I saw those bearings packed with my own eyes, I would repack them at 1 year. After that, I would go longer than most here before repacking again. At least 2 years, once it has been done correctly. It is more about miles, than time. I know most people over do it out of an abundance of caution, and ignorance.
