Have to cut the collar, I used a dremel. once the compression ring is off you can get the hose off the "t"
another way you can fix it to get by is just cut the "soft" hose portion and get one of these

with one of these worm drive clamps

You can get a new one from Hobo Camper on Edmonton trail across the street from the Rona
