Use the bed of the truck. When you park your Toy Hauler don't disconnect the 5th wheel hitch, instead remove the hitch from the bed. Then raise the Toy Hauler up a bit and pull the truck away leaving the hitch attached to the Toy Hauler. Then use a ramp to load/unload the ATVs one by one. It's a pain but keeps you legal.
