To the OP.
Sounds like you want a mount system that will mount on an outside wall that looks good when the TV is not hanging on it and you can leave exposed when you have brought the TV inside.
If I understand you right, you have no storage compartment under an awning in which to mount a TV bracket or TV.
Am I correct in this assumption?
Simply elegant wall mount
The black mounts mount on your wall and the billet aluminium pieces attached to the rear of the TV. The TV snaps down into the black mounts and is very secure.
I installed 2 sets of the black mounts (one in the bedroom and one outside) and one set of the aluminium brackets to the back of my TV and I simply swap the TV from the bedroom to the outside when I want to watch a NASCAR race and still enjoy the outdoors.
I see no reason why the black mounts could not be mounted directly on an outside wall and left there permanently is the OP wants to do it this way. I have a homemade swing out bracket from a very small outside compartment that I have the black mounts attached to for the TV
And no my TV is no louder than other peoples radios, children, dogs, musical instruments and if someone wants no electronic noise (radio, TV) in a campground they can find radio and TV free campgrounds. They are out there for those folks who wants peace and quiet from electronic produced sounds.
