Be careful about the TV you order. Some now do not have support for a VESA mount. The 32" Sony Bravia I just got uses its stand as its wall mount. You end up hanging it like a picture on the wall.
However, that might suffice for what you want since the 5er doesn't have a basement to hide a VESA mount.
My 32' tv came with a wall support that the tv stand will attach to.
