How to repair drop down bunk bed in fifth wheeler

i have a new fifth wheel camper made by forest river. This camper has the rear bunk house with one drop down bunk bed on the kitchen slide out side of the unit. The drop down bunk bed keeps breaking it is only a small piece of particle board and a couple of hinges. My daughter is small and we have made sure that there is no jumping going on in the back of the camper. Apparently when you put it up and down from time to time and with sleeping on the bed it comes lose. You can see where the dealer placed a new strip of glue under the wood however it is not holding. I need a more permanent solution. We are in this unit often and she can't use any of the top bunks. I want to make sure this does not happen again however this also has to be placed in the upright position when we close the slide outs to travel from place to place. I hope maybe someone here understands what I am saying here. I have taken the unit in twice and each time they tell me they are going to make the bed stronger each time only applying more glue. Please help. Thanks
