How's Bout' that Lippert Company???

Last fall I noticed that the air bag on my Trail Air pinbox was getting baffed out by the sun and I decided to replace it, I called a local dealer for a price and damn near had a heart attack,,go figure,,I tried a couple of local truck supply places after all it's just an air-spring that's commonly used,,,NOT!! In the end I called Lippert, the young feller I spoke to was very helpful and as I would be in his neck of the woods to stop by and he'll sell me a replacement at dealer cost, when I got there he came out and gave my 07' Dayreamer's air-ride/center point system(I wouldn't own a fiver without either one)a good once-over to be sure everything was in good shape, suggested that we make a cover for the trail-Air to protect it from the sun and have a nice trip down to Florida!

I went to install the new airspring to discover I didn't have the studs to bolt it in, I made a call to Lippert and they immediately sent them out to me, all in all I have found Lippert to be very helpful and accommodating to me through-out this whole repair, when I'm judging as to weather to deal with a company I like to find out how they treat their after-the-sale customers as I think that's the most important service they offer and obviously so does Lippert!
