HWY 191 North from Rock Springs, WY to Hoback Junction, WY

Several years ago we pulled our 5th wheel thru this area and on my atlas I wrote "bad road", has anyone traveled this road lately? We are heading to Henry's Fork, ID this July from Cheyenne. :W

We drove it down from Jackson in 2010. I do not remember it being too bad. I do remember road construction on one section of it for several miles. Had a wait for a Pilot car to come, etc, not too rough but a little, maybe. Dirt at times in the construction parts.
