HWY 191 North from Rock Springs, WY to Hoback Junction, WY

Several years ago we pulled our 5th wheel thru this area and on my atlas I wrote "bad road", has anyone traveled this road lately? We are heading to Henry's Fork, ID this July from Cheyenne. :W

When we went to Henry's Lake last May (last year) they were working on the junction at Hoback Junction, but it wasn't too bad. After we rounded the corner going South, it was fine and the rest of the road, too.
