We drove 191 from Rock Springs to Jackson on June 4th last year. All good 2 lane road with some occasional passing lanes. According to the
Wyoming DOT the construction of a new roundabout (aka traffic circle) is complete. Construction of the new bridge over the Snake River continues with the old bridge still in use. You have two choices to get to Henry's Lake from Hoback Junction.
Either go over the bridge south to Alpine Junction then route 26 to pick up route 20 at Idaho Falls or go north from Hoback Junction through Grand Teton and Yellowstone and out the west entrance. Don't take an RV over the Teton Pass, route 22 from Jackson to Victor.
