Maybe Robert Ryan will chime in, but I bet there are near-zero frame failures in Aussie-built FW's. If a frame breaks here, it's because it's 1) most likely, poorly built or, 2) less likely, poorly designed. Simple as this.
The engineers and execs of =all= mfrs should be required to spend a couple weeks a year on the road, traveling every day, to see where their customers go and what they put up with in set up and tear down.
HEY! Here's an idea. Why don't the mfrs randomly select a couple new RV buyers, experienced and newbies, and silently shadow them for their entire warranty period? See where they go, what problems they encounter and the b.s. they have to put up with at dealers on warranty issues. Nah, they simply don't want to know...

Correct frame failure not an issue as the FW's are built for a lot of dirt road use. US FW,s are not. As a result a lot of imports had to be strengthened to cope with some Offf Road or they were bitumen only
Problem is, Robert, many of our main freeways and federal highways are in such poor condition as to be the near-equal of your off-road conditions. Well, yes, I'm exaggerating, but not by as much as you might think. We're traveling these roads at 50-80 mph and they'll tear hell out of =anything= traveling on them; one can only =ass=ume that y'all are traveling the dirt at a speed relatively appropriate to the conditions. :-) Hell, if a U.S. mfr started importing just Aussie-built =frames=, they could fill
Emma Maersk with 'em and =still= not have enough! :-)
