Well I made the deal the 2015 28rks glacier peak. I am banking on the lineage and the actual quality that I see. Wil pick it up this next weekend the 1st. Thanks for the comments.

Glacier Peak is made by Outdoors RV. Arctic Fox and Nash are made by Northwood. You have to look beyond the bling to see the difference.

Outdoors RV is a company owned by Ron Nash who owns and started Nash/Arctic Fox. They are two different companies with different facilities. Never seen one but I do have an Arctic Fox which is a quality trailer.

They also put Goodyear tires on their trailers.

Looks like they have some real good features…..enjoy …..we went by the factory on our way to Wallowa earlier this month. Love OR and ID state parks.

We are actually buying the 28rks. I have spent 2 hours going through them in Cordilia and Sacramento and we dont see many down sides. Northwood ( parent company) makes the walls, roof and frame.

JMO after owning a Northwood product for 2 seasons, I don't think you can go wrong with either an AF or Glacier Peak. I actually think the Glacier Peak line is better then the AF 5th wheels. Nicer interiors, bigger holding tanks, and the same heavy duty quality. They all have their problems, we all know that. But the foundation is solid.

Have you looked at Grand Design? We've looked at them several times and just yesterday at the local RV show. Very nicely built with some of the best layouts around.

Just wondering, have you actually found a 282RK for sale? The GP line is so new that dealers don't have any in stock.

We own a new trailer from a company that crossed over from park models. Way better built, fit, finish, and quality plus a significantly lower price point. If you are familiar with the brand then go for it.
