Pads are not off rotor far enough. The brake fluid is not letting them retract. That means you have a mechanical problem at the master cylinder that is holding the fluid from retreating to the reservoir. The system you have is probably electric and it pushed a rod to make the brake fluid go to the calipers. That rod is not moving back to draw the fluid back to the reservoir. It may be the adjustment is off. Re read directions for install, as most have a return via a spring, that backs the rod to resting position. Contaminated brake fluid can cause brake fluid to not contract to the reservoir. Depending on the system, different fluids are used, make sure you have the right fluid. Remember it is toxic so wear gloves and don't get it on your skin and dispose of old fluid as a toxic item. Ford uses transmission fluid for brakes, but other systems do not. Check with your vehicle and other systems for proper fluid and bleeding procedures.
