I had a guy back into me once and leave. I caught him and called the police, police arrived and said ..NO TICKETS ...you were on private property. I told the officer it was going to cost me $500 deductible for getting hit by this guy and the officer gave us both accident reports to fill out and send to HIS insurance co. The guys ins. co paid up and it was over $5,000 to repair. When I got the guy stopped he said I didn't hit you. My response was well, when you were backing up what stopped you ? why did you decide to leave the CG ? I bought a $100 dash cam after that. The camera never blinks.....
