A co-worker did this in Rhode Island. He got devorced, his sister has a bunch of land so he parked it with the windows facing south and bushes on the other three sides (breaks up the wind he claimed). Then he put bails of hay around the whole thing. Tightly packed too, wheels being the toughest. Water came from a spicket where he placed heated electrical coil and he used a wally wagon for his poop and drained into to his sisters septic. When winter came he went thru $20 a week in propane. He had a sleeping bag with 3 comforters. He wake up one day saw his breath and new his pipes froze, equals no more plumbing. For showers he used either his sisters house or work, we have a gym. He did this for 1 or 1.5yrs. Saved enough to move on with his life. only 1 winter. and it was a small airstream. He left 4yrs ago and moved to Canada with his new bride. Back to cold air and misery. So good luck maybe a prefab shed with some insulation and a good heat source.
