I do as (49Ricochet) did, but I go one step better.
I pull all the pins out, face them inside the hitch and then lock all (4) of them with locks!
You can't get to them with bolt cutters and it would take forever to saw through the locks.
On the hitch head I took the pin out and put a longer lock that slides through the head and locks it in place!
Again you can't cut it with bolt cutters as the lock just fits.
