Sure, look for front living room floor plans.

for size... 30 to 35 feet.. kitchen must also be on the lower level.
2 axle.. and between 10,000 and 13,000 pounds..

I think I would need a F 350 Diesel..
if diesel I would Want DRW. (dually) never owned either.

IMO, dually is not needed; SRW would be fine.

and how difficult is it to get a Diesel WITHOUT 4 wheel drive and without the $5,000 upgrade interior....

Yes I stopped at a Ford dealer yesterday... 3 dually on the lot (NEW)
all 4x4, all top end trim package and all had diesel automatics....

4WD is really nice to have, but I understand not wanting to spend the $$ on it. If you're looking for a new truck, you may simply have to order one.

the 2 things (4x4 and trim) must be over 10,000 dollars alone...

and is it common for the Diesel to run 3;73 limited slip instead of E-Locker.
