Is the pin weight the hitch weight?
Yes, pin weight (hitch weight) is the amount of weight one will be putting on the 5th wheel hitch when 5er is connected....I don't know what his rear axle rating is, (RAWR), but GVWR is 9200#..Sometimes the issue is with payload, not necessarily GCWR.
