the Samsung RF18 says 30.5 including the handles. I have an island,
don't think 1 extra inch will work.. need to measure the curve of the handle. and where it might go at the island.
my top to bottom opening is 63-3/16.. the RF18 is 69-7/8.. maybe shave another 1/2in off for the wheels.. so I would have 6 inches vertically to resolve.
we've gotten off from the OP's question tho.. time & costs to do the swap.
I'm almost willing to bet the farm that if you remove the doors you will have the room you need to get that fridge through your doorway sideways.
Removing those doors is not a big deal. Might be a piece of snap-on trim over the top hinge plates and after that perhaps a total of six screws for the two doors with them "usually" lifting off the bottom hinge pins and if you have water delivery to the left door, it's very likely a push-connect fitting down behind the bottom trim vent strip where you'll also find any electrical connections for the in-door lights, switches for water/ice, night light or de-frost heat strips. Ten minutes tops.
