It can be done. I don't think you will find a vendor to provide you with a kit.
I added a ramp support to my Work and Play 30WR. I have not come up with a railing yet but I don't think that will be difficult. Removable frames with nylon netting comes to mind. As far as the awning goes. I don't have enough room for a automatic awning like what you would see on the back of a truck camper so I was going to go with a self supporting 8x8 canopy or a ramp add a room.
The Work and Play 30 WR has a 5000 lb rated ramp one of the heaviest in the industry, plus the steel door frame is welded into the frame of the trailer and is very strong. Keep in mind that trailer construction is different and will vary.
