- 1L243Explorer III have a 2017 300tq. Iv'e had it for about 7 months and have used it several times, I have not had any issues with it so far. I have owned other more expensive Toy Haulers but I have to say the 300tq for the price is a heck of a deal.
There have been some note worthy changes between the 2017 and the 2018. The 2018 comes with a full size ramp door with a dovetail floor. It also has aluminum wheels where the 2017 had steel. A Solar panel connection was also added. And to my chagrin they are selling it for less than the 2017 sold for!
I started a thread on the Dutchman Owners Forum a while back on the 300tq you should read through it. - KX5002ExplorerI was wondering if it's worth buying.
I understand it's a lower cost unit, I really like the floorplan, more than others I've looked at... but I don't want to buy it and regret the purchase because of major quality issues. - sgip2000Explorer

Does anyone have a 2017 or 2018 Coleman 300TQ?
I'm interested in one and was wondering what kind of experience you've had with them.
Thanks,
No 300, but I have a 2018 250tq. What do you want to know?
Have had mostly minor issues considering it's an entry level unit. Biggest issues I've had is the poor mounting for the sofas and the bolts pulling out and the igniter board on the water heater going out.
