Several thoughts:
1. That Rhino roof material is sprayed over the flanges of the roof vents and plumbing caps making the inevitable replacement difficult. After replacement, resealing would be problematic at best.
2. The stairs fold down from the outside, and the stair stringers would have to be at the proper angle, or the stair steps themselves would be either pointing up or down making them a serious tripping hazard. One more thing to level.
